UV-3D printing is a process that combines the quick-drying nature of UV printing with the material layering of 3D printing. UV-hardening ink is applied and built up to 1/32” thickness and cured to material substrate. This method provides superior durability.

A two piece construction process consisting of either an engraving stock or acrylic base with a 1/32" material applied and routed to make copy. The Excess is then removed elevating only the desired copy. Holes are then machine drilled and braille rastors dropped in.
